Welcome to jl988 (hereinafter referred to as "jl988," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). jl988 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under authorization from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the national body responsible for regulating all forms of gambling in the Philippines.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl988. By accessing jl988.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

jl988 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on jl988.org. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account with jl988, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR's regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines. jl988 strictly enforces this age restriction and will close any account found to belong to an underage player;
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity — accessing jl988 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are accessing jl988 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted and where use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order binding on you;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with jl988 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling operator;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jl988 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors;
• You have not previously had a jl988 account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided during account creation is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to notify jl988 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting customer support via the email address on this page.

3.1 One Account per Player

jl988 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each natural person may only hold one active jl988 account at any time. This restriction applies across all devices, IP addresses, and payment methods. Players found to be operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or household members' credentials — will have all associated accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited without compensation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl988 username and password. jl988 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify jl988 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. jl988 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you failed to take reasonable security precautions or delayed in notifying jl988.

3.3 Account Currency

All jl988 accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. jl988 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No foreign exchange conversion fees are applied by jl988; however, your payment provider may apply their own conversion or transaction fees for which jl988 accepts no responsibility.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is deemed inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. jl988 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance if lower) to dormant accounts after this period, following written notice to your registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice after 24 months of inactivity.

jl988 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank for the Philippine Islands (BPI) Online Banking, Banco de Oro (BDO) Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and Visa/Mastercard (verified accounts only). Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list is always displayed in the jl988 cashier section.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier — please refer to the cashier for current limits;
• All funds deposited to jl988 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• jl988 does not accept cash deposits, money orders, cheques, or anonymous payment methods;
• Deposits are credited to your jl988 balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer crediting times depend on the originating bank and may take up to one business day;
• jl988 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, for which jl988 accepts no liability;
• jl988 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any deposited funds in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.

Withdrawals from your jl988 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document;
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the jl988 cashier section and vary by account tier;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. jl988 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new payment method;
• Standard GCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST);
• jl988 does not apply withdrawal processing fees for standard amounts. Expedited or large-amount withdrawal requests may be subject to additional processing time for security review;
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied as described in Section 6;
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where jl988 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, account policy violations, or where an unresolved bonus dispute or chargeback investigation is pending.

jl988 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have accepted the offer in accordance with the specific promotion terms. Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically;
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus credits may be withdrawn;
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting may have different contribution rates — refer to the specific promotion terms for details;
• jl988 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where a player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting bonus terms, placing wagers on excluded games, or engaging in coordinated exploitation with other players;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash except as required to satisfy wagering requirements;
• The maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings is subject to the cap stated in the specific promotion terms unless otherwise stated;
• jl988 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally or legally required to do so.

All games available on the jl988 platform are governed by the specific rules of each game, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the specific game rules prevail for matters relating to game outcomes.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jl988 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be automatically reduced to the maximum permissible amount, or the bet may be declined.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jl988's server-side records of the game state will be treated as definitive. Where a malfunction results in an incomplete game round, jl988's liability is limited to returning the stake placed on that round. jl988 is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game played during a period of technical malfunction.

7.3 Void Bets

jl988 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a manifest error in odds or game parameters has occurred; (b) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or specific game rules; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected; or (d) a technical error resulted in a bet being recorded at incorrect parameters. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's jl988 balance.

7.4 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on jl988, including PBA, NBA, volleyball, UFC, and all other offered sports, are governed by jl988's Sports Betting Rules, which are displayed in the sportsbook section. Specific event rules, settlement procedures, and market-specific terms are set out within the relevant market descriptions. In-game (live) betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time.

jl988 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Filipino players. All random number-based games on the Platform — including slots, virtual games, and RNG-based table games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that meets PAGCOR's technical standards for fairness and unpredictability.

Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers at licensed studios, using physical dealing procedures that players can observe in real time via HD video stream. No live dealer game outcome is predetermined or influenced by jl988 software.

Any attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in jl988's gaming software, RNG systems, or live dealer systems is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. jl988 cooperates with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting such conduct.

jl988 is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming program. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity — not a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

jl988 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits — Players may set a maximum net loss amount for a defined period. Once reached, further play is suspended until the limit period resets;
• Session Time Limits — Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will automatically close the session;
• Reality Check Notifications — Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net gaming result;
• Self-Exclusion — Players may request a voluntary exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to jl988 customer support and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl988 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration or KYC verification;

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jl988 staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players;
• Accessing jl988 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or unauthorized.

All content on jl988.org — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl988 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jl988.org for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl988 content without express prior written authorization from jl988. Unauthorized commercial use of jl988's brand, trademarks, or game content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl988's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl988 is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform; (c) interruptions to service caused by force majeure events, government action, or third-party infrastructure failures; (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) the conduct of third-party game providers whose content is accessed through jl988.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl988's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

jl988 processes your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account with jl988, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the jl988 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Personal data collected by jl988 is used for account administration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, regulatory reporting, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. jl988 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jl988 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of bonuses subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified payment method within 5 business days, provided no pending investigation or chargeback is outstanding.

14.2 Suspension by jl988

jl988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) a regulatory instruction requires account action; (d) a court or government order so requires; or (e) continued account operation presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to jl988 or other players. In cases of confirmed policy violations, jl988 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jl988 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, or the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR where applicable to licensed gaming operators.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through jl988's internal complaints procedure, which may be initiated by contacting jl988 customer support at the email address listed at the bottom of this page.

jl988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current effective version of these Terms is always published at jl988.org/terms-conditions with the date of last revision clearly stated. For material amendments that may adversely affect your rights, jl988 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via your registered email address before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of jl988 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must stop using jl988 and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.1 before the amendment takes effect.
